Q Pilot maintenance / update: 04.11.2025

During the standard maintenance window on November 4, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., the servers and card readers of the Q Pilot print and scan environment will be updated. During this time, there may be brief interruptions to the services offered.

What is affected?

Printing and scanning for staff (Triumph Adler multifunction devices)
Printing for students in computer labs at the University of Hamburg
Public printing in the libraries of the departments and in the Staats- und Universitätsbibliothek (SUB)
