The Regional Computing Center (RRZ) Hamburg is the central service and competence center of the University of Excellence in Hamburg and an essential part of the university's cooperative IT supply concept. Our goal is to provide innovative and forward-looking IT services for all user groups. In close cooperation with the scientific community, we rely on state-of-the-art technologies such as high-performance computing (HPC) and GPU computing, cloud computing, and intelligent AI solutions to support and advance research at the University of Hamburg.
The RRZ operates state-of-the-art and sustainable IT infrastructures that enable modern (research) data management, flexible application systems, and innovative software development. By using the latest communication and service technologies, we offer our users a reliable and efficient digital basis for their scientific projects. Our approach is based on innovation, quality, and excellence in order to solve scientific questions in a data-driven manner and promote sustainable developments.
