RRZ-ServiceDesk

The RRZ-ServiceDesk at the University of Hamburg is the central point of contact for questions about using IT services or devices, as well as the uni username (University of Hamburg user ID).

Unfortunately, there are no public sanitary facilities available for the RRZ-ServiceDesk S70.

We help you with:

• resetting user ID passwords and issue STiNE tan lists (Bring an official photo ID!)
• issuance of 2FA code lists
• poster printing, color prints
• issuance of copy cards for multifunctional devices used for business purposes
• refilling consumables (paper/toner)
• troubleshooting PC workstations and printers belonging to University of Hamburg employees
• issuance of key, transponder, device, or material
• general information and advice, including on using the STiNE portal
• setting up WLAN (eduroam) and VPN for mobile devices
• the installation of software offered by the University of Hamburg
• advice on using the RRZ-ServicePortal
