- It is not possible for the RRZ ServiceLine to provide on-site advice
- The RRZ ServiceLine establishes the first contact between you and the RRZ
- If necessary, messages are forwarded to the relevant specialist departments
- You can report problems with RRZ services and hardware to the RRZ via the RRZ ServiceLine
- For simple problems/queries that can be solved quickly, we will endeavor to provide you with an answer immediately
- Inquiries and problems for which the RRZ ServiceLine does not have a quick answer are recorded by the RRZ ServiceLine for later processing. The answer will then be communicated to you by the RRZ ServiceLine or by the employees dealing with the case, usually by email
- If you provide us with an e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation of receipt with the data we have recorded immediately after your request has been recorded. This email will also contain a ticket number (e.g. [#TCKxxxxxx]), which you can use to enquire about the status of your problem at a later date. If you do not receive this confirmation email, you should check your email address again with the RRZ ServiceLine. For security reasons, only @uni-hamburg.de or @studium.uni-hamburg.de emails are accepted. If this is not possible, please use the support form linked above without a functioning user ID.
