RRZ-ServicePortal
The RRZ offers a self-service platform for booking services via the RRZ ServicePortal.
Services are largely provided using fully automated processes and may include dedicated authorisation procedures. Services are booked on a user-specific basis or directly for devices managed by the RRZ.
Under the RRZ ServicePortal menu item "Workstation" you will find an overview of your orders, the services provided and the hardware assigned to you.
The RRZ-ServicePortal menu item "Catalogue" contains the services activated for you.
You can access the RRZ-ServicePortal via https://rrz-serviceportal.uni-hamburg.de
- Note:
- To access the RRZ-ServicePortal, e.g. from your home office, you must first establish a VPN connection to the university network (if you are not using an end device managed by the RRZ). Further information can be found here.
