Access to the Fiona backend (GUI)

If you want to edit websites in Fiona, you must log in to the backend (GUI) of the Fiona system in the instance that applies to you. The instances are divided according to which faculty the websites belong to:

  1. Faculty of Law
  2. Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences and School for Business Administration
  3. Faculty of Education
  4. Faculty of Psychology and Human Movement Science
  5. Faculty of Humanities
  6. Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science, and Natural Sciences (MIN)
  7. „Central” (institutions not assigned to a faculty)
  8. University website and intranet

In order to edit pages on a website using Fiona, your user ID must be entered in the editorial groups for the website in question. This is not usually the responsibility of the RRZ, but rather the editor-in-chief(s) of the website in question.

Please note that access to the backend of the WCMS Fiona is only possible from the university network. If you want to work from home, for example, please use the VPN client provided by the RRZ.
