Contact form for students
Dear Students,
Use the support form in your STiNE account for your question or request.
Log into STiNE at https://stine.uni-hamburg.de -> Menu item Studying -> Contact form.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password on STiNE at Forgot password.
TAN problems? Log into STiNE and go to “Contact form” under “Studying.”
If you cannot have a password sent to you or if for other reasons you cannot log into STiNE, use the form below. If you receive an error message when trying to log on, include that information in your message in addition to a description of what you clicked on before the error message was displayed.
After you send the form, you will receive confirmation of receipt from our ticket system. In the subject line of the confirmation mail, you will find a ticket number (starting with UHH #). If you have more questions about your case or wish to submit more information, always respond directly to the mail and do not change the subject line; this way, your message will be assigned directly to your ticket. Submit only one support request per problem.
