Please use this form if you did not receive a 7-digit personal user ID when you were hired and, for example, do not have access to the Communication and Service Portal (KUS). Important note: A personal user ID (B-ID) can only be assigned once the signed employment contract has been received by Human Resources and your data has been entered into the system. Please note that no employment relationship exists until the signed employment contract has been received and therefore no IT access can be set up. |
