Due to maintenance, the RRZ service portal (https://rrz-serviceportal.uni-hamburg.de) will not be available on 03.02.2026 from 16:00 - approx. 19:00.

Emails sent to the RRZ-ServiceLine during the maintenance period will be automatically converted into tickets and processed after maintenance.
