Resolved: Outage on the email gateways

Update 10:35 a.m.: The issue has been resolved.

There are currently problems with the email gateways. Analyses are underway.

Current status:

  • Internal UHH email communication is *not* affected.
  • Emails sent to and from external addresses (outside the UHH) are currently likely not being delivered, meaning they remain in a queue
  • The same applies to emails sent to and from student mailboxes

We will provide an update as soon as more details are available and expect to have the problem resolved within the next hour.
