Due to maintenance, the RRZ-ServicePortal (https://rrz-serviceportal.uni-hamburg.de) will be unavailable on 7 July 2026 from 4.00 pm to approximately 6.00 pm.

Emails sent to the RRZ-ServiceLine during the maintenance period will be automatically converted into tickets and processed once maintenance is complete.

Multi-day maintenance work on the UHH’s SharePoint site

For technical reasons, as has been the case in the past, the SharePoint site at “sharepoint.uni-hamburg.de” needs to be updated to a new version. Microsoft 365 SharePoint is not affected by this.

Consequently, there will be service restrictions from 14 July at 09:00 for a maximum of three days.
