Dear Citavi users,

Fortunately, the technical issues with Citavi have been resolved by means of an interim licence. Your existing licence will therefore now remain valid until 30 July 2026.

From 1 August 2026, the application process will change. We are currently preparing the new service, which will then be available on the RRZ Service Portal.

Unfortunately, a change in Citavi’s contract will result in a gap in service. The current licence was due to expire on 30 June 2026.
We regret that this has caused a delay.
As soon as the new licences are available to us, we will make them available to you as quickly as possible.
