With effect from 1 September 2026, the direct dial numbers for the RRZ-ServiceLine and STiNELine will change as follows:

RRZ-ServiceLine
Old: 040 42838 - 7790
NEW: 040 2395 - 27790

RRZ-STiNELine
OLd: 040 42838 - 5000
New: 040 2395 - 25000

For the time being, RRZ-Service and STiNELine can be reached via both the old and new telephone numbers. From 1 September, only the new telephone numbers will be available.
