TaskCards

TaskCards is a browser-based, GDPR-compliant web service for collaborative knowledge gathering in the form of digital pinboards from dSign Systems GmbH.

Pinboards created with TaskCards can be shared with students, colleagues, and even external parties to provide, sort, and illustrate information and tasks.

TaskCards features:

• Various pinboard formats: Classic pinboard, blackboard (free placement), timeline (chronological display), world map (location reference), blog view
• Data protection compliance: No personal data storage or tracking, developed as a German and data protection-compliant alternative to Padlet
• Rights management: Fine-grained authorization assignment, individual links and QR codes for specific groups or individuals; gradual release of content possible
• Easy access for students: possible via link or QR code without a user account
• Collaborative work: real-time collaboration with others, structured group work or individual work depending on rights assignment
• Multimedia integration: support for a wide variety of file formats, integration of external documents, images, videos, audio files, and links

• Registration and use are carried out via separate accounts, which are created during the license order process in the Self Service Portal.
