Log Files and Access Statistics

The RRZ provides the Matomo service as a data protection-compliant tool for tracking web applications and creating access statistics. Your web application has to offer the option of integrating the Matomo tracking code or you can contact us if you would like to use the log file import option in Matomo.

The error log files for each web application on the web application server can be viewed by the respective owner. Details can be found in the respective info mail sent when setting up a web application.
