We are currently receiving isolated reports of issues with two-factor authentication where the second factor is a mobile phone running the Android operating system.

The problem lies in the analysis.

Please check whether the feature works again if you use a different browser on your mobile phone (e.g. Firefox).

If your 2FA code list has already been deactivated and therefore cannot be used either, you can have a new list issued at an RRZ ServiceDesk upon presentation of a photo ID.
