SharePoint
The University of Hamburg operates SharePoint, a web-based collaboration and application platform hosted on its own servers. SharePoint is available to all employees of the University of Hamburg.
SharePoint provides a wide range of collaboration features. For example, users can co-author Microsoft Office documents, maintain shared calendars and contact lists, and create custom lists to support their work.

SharePoint 2019 End of Support
The SharePoint 2019 Server environment will no longer be supported by Microsoft as of 14 July 2026, and will be decommissioned on 31 August 2026.
As its successor, the RRZ provides SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (SE), which is also hosted on the RRZ's servers. The new SharePoint SE is available at sharepoint-se.uni-hamburg.de.
All content was migrated to the new SharePoint SE. Existing workflows are excluded from the migration, as they will be gradually transferred to the DMS Process Studio.
Where can I find the processes that have been migrated to the new SharePoint SE?
