IT Service Teams and contact person at the university
The UHH Regional Computing Center (RRZ) is responsible for several central IT services for all UHH units. These primarily include IT infrastructure components in the areas of servers, storage and network infrastructure, as well as the "Exchange" email system (for employees) and Surfmail (for students).
On-site IT workstation support is currently (also) a decentralized responsibility. Therefore, please contact the IT service team responsible for you first. They will try to process your request as quickly as possible and, if necessary, contact the RRZ if it can be assumed that a central component for which the RRZ is responsible is the cause.

The RRZ provides a mailing list for department administrators and coordinators.
This mailing list can be used to exchange questions, problems, experiences, and requests between IT managers, IT service teams, and IT administrators. Current announcements from the RRZ and other IT-related information are distributed via the mailing list. You can register to participate in this list on the mailing list website.
