Support areas IT Services
The RRZ is responsible for several central IT services for all units of UHH. These primarily include IT infrastructure components from the areas of servers, storage and network infrastructure, as well as the e-mail systems "Exchange" (for employees) and Surfmail (for students).
On-site IT workstation support is currently (also) a decentralized responsibility. Therefore, please contact the IT service team responsible for the IT service in question first. They will try to process your request as quickly as possible.
