Guest accounts - at other organizations

After the changeover, existing guest accounts at other organizations, e.g., other universities or the City of Hamburg, may no longer function.

These guest accounts are permanently linked to the account name used to log in for the first time.

The M365 area of the other organization queries our M365 area at UHH and attempts to validate whether this account exists—and fails to do so.

Please write rrz-serviceline"AT"uni-hamburg.de in this case.
