In Surfmail you’ll find a menu bar on the left side of the screen. After logging in, you’ll be taken to the “Email” section by default, where you’ll see the folders and emails in your inbox. Under “Compose” you can write a new email. You’ll find your address book under “Contacts”

“Settings” takes you to additional sections where you can, for example, activate an out-of-office message or edit the folder structure.

The “Dark Mode” option lets you view Surfmail in a dark theme. Under “Help”, you’ll find instructions for the webmail client. The “Support” button in the “About” section takes you to the RRZ pages about Surfmail (these are the pages you are viewing right now).

By clicking “Log Out”, you can log out of Surfmail as well as all other websites linked to the central UHH login service.
