Microsoft is currently updating its services so that Copilot appears everywhere. It is therefore correct that it greets you after you log in. You can close this message.
Apps
Use the navigation bar and go to Apps.

Under Apps, you will find all Office Suite programs as web applications.
The Office Suite is also available for download in the top right corner under “Install apps.”
Folders and files
You can find your folders and files in the App OneDrive.
It should have the URL "https://unihamburgde-my.sharepoint.com/" . Personal cloud storage is also technically a SharePoint. The web portal used to access it is called OneDrive.
(Similar to having an Exchange mailbox but using the Outlook application.)
