After the changeover to the user ID in the form: bax1234@uni-hamburg.de, use the password for the user ID. You can reset your password in the user management portal (Benutzerverwaltung) via SMS PasswordReset.

If you have not registered a number, please visit one of the ServiceDesks in person. Show your ID and you will easily and simply receive a new one-time password with which you can set a new personal password.

If you are unable to come in person for valid reasons, we can help you digitally. To do so, please write to rrz-serviceline"AT"uni-hamburg.de .
