For externals and guests
We distinguish between external users with user IDs who have a full M365 account and guests without user IDs who are invited as guests to the UHH's M365 area.
External users with user ID at UHH
External parties with a user ID are considered UHH affiliates or UHH employees in the broader sense and can use Microsoft 365 Education at UHH with a full account.
Access is valid for as long as the user ID is valid.
For external users, this means until the last day of validity of the UHH user ID (or the end of the UHH contract with Microsoft). In most cases, this is the end date of membership specified on the AP application.

Inviting guests
Guests can now be invited without restrictions and also be granted team member rights.

Guests must then accept the permissions:
